Reverse Engineering eLearning

As an aspiring instructional designer, I have to learn how to design content and training for organizations. Engineers are able to learn how to construct an object through reverse engineering. Similarly, I have been able to discover the strengths and weaknesses of a training while creatively thinking on how could I improve the training through reverse engineering.
